Both bedrooms fit any size bed with room for bedroom furniture. Gas stove, new fridge, and miniblinds included. Because it's the only building facing the street and many have garages. Tenants usually have parking right in front. Located on the prime area of Polk and Claremont this is a no party building. Quiet residential neighborhood. Tenants enjoy a private, quiet, clean, charming place without drama. No smoking. No dogs. No parties. One declawed cat only other smaller pets considered. 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo.
