DO NOT LIVE HERE.
This place is not even worth 1 star. By far the worst property management I have ever experience.
— I have lived here for 8 months and have been the victim of stolen packages at least 8 times since and have to reach out to management to even learn that they were stolen.
— The building trash shoots and hallways constantly smell and the entire building is usually filthy with only being poorly cleaned once a week.
— The elevators are constantly broken for weeks on end with... little to no communication on when they would be back up and running.
— The building is kept way to hot and when asked about the heat was told just to open a window.
— About a month ago there was a enormous leak affecting 19 apartments, my unit being one of them, and have been living with warped floors ever since with, again, little to no communication on when they will be fixed.
I have asked for my concerns with these very poor living conditions be escalated MULTIPLE times and have been treated with either no response/solution. I would never recommend anyone live in this building and Group Fox should be ashamed of how all of these residents are being treated, including myself.

The elevators are so slow it will change how you live. The people who live here are great but there are bad seeds that affect the mail room and packages. They spray for bugs and have to come into your apartment monthly. They have 100 year old a/cs that don't work and cost a ton in elec. There is no hot water. The water is rusty. There are smokers outside that cough all day and you can hear it in your apartment. NONE of which the building manager cares about.

This place was worth it! The mail room was fixed...and there are NO BUGS. They do a bug check every 6 months or so. Pretty close to a lot of nice locations. There's also a tiny gym.
Staff though, TUH, rude. They are very "keep to themselves" . The neighbors are a little annoying depending on the floor. My floor was filled with kids who kept slamming their doors. The laundry room is awful. The washing and drying doesn't work. They always break and then the building sent an email out claiming... that we must wash our blankets/towels/sweaters/ and other heavy stuff in different washers and dryers that were not on property. The elevators are always busted at the worst possible time. Imagine going grocery shopping and you have to wait in a 20 min line to get on the elevator, or my personal favorite, walk up to your apartment. I lived pass the 6th floor.. . The entrance door...busted...still hasn't been fixed as im writing this. This are all current and present issues as im writing this.. they raised the rent 250$!? After being there for about 2 1/2years, how dare they have the nerve to do that when most of the "amenities" break or are currently broken. They painted the side door of the bulding...I "guess" it gave them that right. But this is ridiculous. I live in a two bedroom. They raised my rent to 3 bedroom numbers. What a joke. I dont know if it's to push people out so they can sell the unit to another gullible person...but no longer will I be naive about it. Watch...when you are around the property you ALWAYS see a moving van bringing someone out or in. Bad turnover rate.. its so obvious. Maybe find a place either more north or west cause this one was a doozy.
