I recently moved into The Seneca, and the experience has been wonderful. The team has been incredibly helpful throughout my move, making everything much easier. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming, creating a safe and inviting atmosphere that truly makes coming home a pleasure.

front desk is super nice, management is helpful, and building is kept clean and super pet friendly. building has events often to build community which is nice and the amenities are clean and practical

I have had a wonderful experience at the Seneca. The staff is incredible and I adore the building. Maintenance responds promptly to requests, the building hosts events often, and the location is ideal.

Everything is perfect, except for the occasional elevator breakdowns that can lead to long wait times. There are fantastic common areas on both the first and top floors—the rooftop view of Lake Michigan is especially stunning. The 24-hour concierge team in the lobby is incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciate all their hard work.
