This is a beautiful apartment community with a great variety of amenities and resident events. The efforts to create an engaging and welcoming environment really stand out. One small area for consideration would be making air conditioning available during the winter months for residents who prefer or need cooler indoor temperatures year-round.

Monthly events and delightful amenities that residents will genuinely appreciate. The office staff are courteous, and the security personnel perform their duties proficiently. All packages are securely stored.

Moved into an apartment at Arrive Lex with a broken dishwasher. Been living here for a month now as a new tenant and was promised a new dishwasher was going to be replaced since it “Never” worked when I moved in (which the leasing agent was aware of it and promised they would be replaced). Now it’s a month past and still no dishwasher and I’ve had to wash dishes by hand. Not a good experience :/

Everyone has been super nice and friendly, the building is nice and clean too which make it’s enjoyable to live here. I love the amenities, I do wish the gym was updated a bit more with cardio machines
