Private Bedroom on the 6th floor at Letterman!

Hi! I am looking to sublease to a girl an amazing bedroom in the Letterman Building for the month of July. It's so close to UIC (5mins walking), if you are a student there. It is also 3 mins walking to the blue line station. The bedroom includes a... wardrobe, desk, chair, and a queen bed. It is a spacious room as well. The common area includes a sofa, TV, kitchen counters, stove, and fridge. Plus, my apartment is on the 6th floor so there is a lot of natural lighting that fills the bedroom! The common area is also pretty and my roommates are super clean, friendly, and very quiet (we are all women). I have never had any issues with them! Every one of us has a lot of school work so we all are busy and tend to be quiet in the apartment due to either studying or just sleeping since most of us are STEM students. Another good thing is that my apartment is on the edge so you will never complain about noisy or loud neighbors.
