I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at 749 S Claremont Ave, Apt 2, starting August 15. Start date negotiable.
It’s close to the Western Blue Line, the 7 bus, and the 157 bus, all of which make getting to campus easy. You’d have... your own bedroom and your own bathroom.
The lease is flexible and can be negotiated, so it could work for the full lease term (1 year) or even just the school year (~9 months)
Laundry is in unit.
Rent is $1,050/month. Internet is included in the rent.
