This unique, charming, vintage, open space gives roommates their... space for individual privacy. Steps to UIC shuttle, 157 bus or bike to UIC East Campus. Newer bathroom fixtures, flooring. HUGE, quiet, clean, stunning top flr. 2nd with 3 bedrooms that fit up to Queen or King size bed and a desk with their own closets. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms have another HUGE walk in closet. One closet is so big that one roommate made it into a part office. Public transportation, expressways steps away. First off, these are not party buildings. We have medical students who we promise a quiet premise. No smokers,dogs or drama just respectful fellow tenants and responsible landlords. 1 bath with original hardwood floors throughout. Enter the apartment into a "Great" room. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 for one declawed cat.
Huge combined open living, dining room aka Great room. Huge, bistrolike, vintage kitchen with tons of distressed wooden cabinets and counter space plus a separate, roomy, walk in pantry. Not pictured is the private entrance with room for many coat hanging, shoes etc. hallway. Only landlord and tenants have keys for security and privacy. Quiet sitting porch. Each bedroom. has it's own window ac unit with another for the apartment. Generous closet bedroom space. Flexible move in date and somewhat shorter 9 month leases. Only 1 declawed cat allowed. Includes ref., stove, miniblinds. Original mansionlike, bookcase woodwork in Great room. Stunning ceiling fan fixtures. Lots of natural sunlight, high ceilings. Vintage apt. with high ceilings...again it's a huge place. Laundry in building. Off street parking usually in front of the building as neighbors have their own garages or parking spaces. Rent is $1475 for 1 to 2 people and $1525 for 3 people. We require 1 months sec. dep. and 1st months rent in advance. Phone calls only. NO texts please.
