The property managers (Liz, & Cynthia) and the maintenance crew (Jose & Oscar) are awesome. They dont just care about the building but their tenants as well.
Going above and beyond for their tenants shines through their smiling faces.
Building is safe and secure.
Door and garage access can certainly be updated but the rest of the building is fairly modern. Mostly Quiet in the apartments with neighbors. Its a pleasure living at the Reserve.

Amazing Staff

The staff (Liz, Cynthia, Jose, Oscar) are excellent because they not only do their job on a professional task driven level but they show they care for their tenants on a personal level. The leasing & maintenance crew work in tandem and appear to really get along with each other. They have monthly events and prepare coffee, and Bevi water daily for the residents. They go above and beyond by listening to their resident’s needs.
The building is pretty quiet for the most part.
It’s secure and safe.... Building is not brand new but units are fairly up to date. Building access via front door and garage isn’t the best, and could desperately use an over haul. Parking spots are a lil tight but manageable. Wish there were EV charging but probably not enough EVs in the garage to warrant that. Overall satisfaction with the Reserve for sure.

I have lived here for over two years. I really like having the washer and dryer in unit.Also nice to have a heated garage and elevator . The staff is excellent . Maintenance response very quickly. The decor in Lounge and outside is really nice.

Perfect spot for Kellogg Students

My wife and I have lived at the reserve for a year and resigned because its been a great experience. We love the staff, the amenities, and how close it is to campus. A huge draw for us was in-unit washer/dryers, the heated garage. Staff is super responsive and we have loved out experience. Highly recommend.

Stellar Service

I've been here almost 3 years and never have I had a problem with any of the management nor maintenance crews. Everyone here is making sure that the renters get the best service and the service is stellar. The Reserve is close to just about everything Evanston. One of the best is that the Farmer's Market is a short walking distance. I do so enjoy living here.
