Student housing for rock stars in quiet neighborhood Apartments

Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms coach house in the heart of Logan Square. I manage the property and also live at the house, however I work mostly in my office and there is plenty of privacy here. I am looking for a compatible, responsible... student or faculty house mate to offset some of my ongoing property expenses.

I live at the house and am working on projects both inside and outdoors most days. Aside from a quick "hello", I keep mostly to myself with my daily tasks.

This is a GREAT space for students as the neighborhood is pin-drop quiet and the house has plenty of room for privacy. You'll never feel like you don't have your own space to unwind here.
It’s a nice, quiet and creative environment in a safe community just three blocks from the subway and one block from public buses in any direction.

Ideal candidate: Grad students/career driven academics are encouraged to apply. Basically a career focused, responsible person will love living here (and if you like The Beatles.. huge plus)!

My credentials: I am a former AirBnB host out of this house. I hosted here at "airbnBeatles" right up til the 2020 pandemic forced it to end. I earned a five star “Superhost” status consistently with hundreds of great guests from around the world. *Reviews available upon request*. I loved hosting people from different cultures and learned a lot from them during their stay.

Interested candidates can think of this as an AirBnB extended stay, at a cheaper rate than if you were renting long term AirBnB. Anyone staying here will enjoy peace and quiet in a safe neighborhood with a (former) five star airBnB host living at the house to take care of basic chores and upkeep. Note: There are two bedrooms and one office room here. I stay in the master bedroom. Looking to rent the spare bedroom, which has two full size beds. Renter will have their own private bathroom always.

This is a fully furnished home, three blocks from the O’Hare Blue Line train (California stop), which gets you to /from the airport in about 38 minutes. Same train will get you downtown in 20 minutes. The Fullerton bus is less than a block away.

Please note: The person renting here will have full use of the entire house, and their own private room. I am not just renting a “private room”. Common areas, kitchen, courtyard, etc are all available to the ideal candidate. I am on site and in exchange for monthly rent will do thorough housekeeping without over-socializing or making my presence overbearing in the slightest. I live very quietly and have multiple projects going on to keep me plenty busy. I'm super chill and sociable but respect for other's space, goals and peace and quiet is extremely important to me. This is a super positive, life-affirming environment.
