Me and my wife have lived at SCIO the past three years and have loved it. The management and maintenance team are all so friendly and very attentive to the few issues we have had. The building is great with plenty of amenities especially being a student they have many great study areas. There is also lots of great food options walking distance on Taylor street! We would highly recommend living at SCIO

The staff and management at SCIO supersede my expectations for living here. This is an old building so it’s tough to make things run smoothly all the time. But this current staff takes immediate care of any issues I’ve had, whether it’s garbage that has dispersed on the lawn after a windy day or turning up the fire pit on a cold day.
