The building looks nice, but I confirmed an appointment twice on back to back days, even receiving confirmation emails. No one showed up, even giving them 30 min both times, and when I emailed the only addresses I had from the confirmation emails, I got no response. I attempted to reach out through their chat bot but they are fixed responses only and no other numbers or methods to contact anyone which also makes me super skeptical that they would actually take care of issues promptly or at all.
