Looking for a roommate starting August 2025 (8/1) in Pilsen apartment!

I am a PhD. student at UIC and am currently looking for a roommate starting August 1st, 2025 for the next school year.

The apartment is located in a lively spot at the intersection of Throop & 18th Street and is just a few blocks away from... Thalia Hall, lots of great restaurants, and several public transit options that go to UIC East (#18, #60, #8) and West Campus (Pink Line) as well as the Loop. It is also a short walk (~4 mins) away from a local grocery store or a short bus ride away from two Jewel Oscos, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. I have lived in this apartment for two years now and the building management is very co-operative, responsive, and quick with maintenance requests.

The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and one shared bathroom. You will have the bigger room, which can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed. It also has a closet and an overhead storage space. The apartment also comes with a dishwasher and an in-unit washer dryer. It has central air conditioning and heating. Utilities (wifi, gas, and electric) will be split between us and they come up to ~ $60-70 per month. The apartment is furnished, and the room has a bed frame, if you would like to use it.
