Little Italy 3rd Floor Turn of the Century Apartment, Close to West Campus

I am an incoming MPH student at UIC who has lived in an apartment on Polk Street (3rd floor front, a 3 bed 1 bath, 1000 square feet, $2400) for about a year. I am looking for... one or two new roommates to join me on the lease! I
As you can see in the photos, there is a spacious kitchen for cooking, gorgeous bay windows and woodwork, and lots of light. Every bedroom has a remote-controlled ceiling fan, tall ceilings, and tall windows. There is a coin laundry in the basement. Packages are delivered to the front door (I have never had one stolen), and letters/small mail are delivered to a locked mail box on the first floor. I have fully furnished the place and stocked up the kitchen. The only non-furnished rooms are the two bedrooms besides my own. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the building!
The street is quiet, safe, and residential, and mostly occupied by young families, dogs and cats, graduate students, and professionals. There are plenty of green spaces, a beautiful Orthodox church up the street, and a children's playground/park three doors down. Additionally, it is two blocks away from the UIC Public Health building and campus. It is also steps from Taylor Street, which has great cafes, markets, and restaurants.
