Little Italy 3rd Floor Turn of the Century Apartment, Close to West Campus

I am an incoming MPH student who just signed a lease for an apartment on Polk Street (3rd floor front, a 3 bed 1 bath, 1000 square feet, $2400), moving in August 1st. I have toured it in-person and am looking for 2 roommates to join me on the lease!... You sound like a great fit!

As you can see in the photos, there is a good kitchen for cooking, gorgeous bay windows and a dishwasher.There is a coin laundry in the basement. I would keep the place much tidier and cuter than it is in these photos. I am furnishing everything except for the two roommates bedrooms.

I have spent time in an Airbnb on the street in March and May , so I can assure it is quiet, safe and residential and mostly graduate students or professionals. There is a beautiful Orthodox church up the street, and a children's playground/park three doors down. Additionally, it is two blocks away from the UIC Public Health building and campus. It is also steps from Taylor Street which has great cafes and markets and restaurants.
