Beautiful & sunny 3Br/2Ba with 2 rooms open!

I have 2 rooms opening up 7/1 in my beautiful and sunny 3br 2ba in Tri-Taylor. Rent is $867/mo (per room) plus gas/electric/internet. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central heat/cooling, and space for one car in the garage. Outside,... we have a small balcony/stairwell area as well as a shared outdoor patio downstairs.

Each bedroom, the kitchen, and living room all have skylights and there are tons of windows-- your plants will do well here! Two of the bedrooms (shared bathroom) have walk in closets and one bedroom has a standard closet (private bathroom). The apartment has hardwood flooring throughout except the bathrooms/mudroom which are tile.

We are 12 min walk from the blue line Western stop, 3 mins from the 49 western bus, and a 15 min walk to campus/UIH. Perfect for UIC West Campus students!

I honestly love this apartment and am hoping to stay here until I graduate medical school in 2027, so I am also open to a 2 year lease. The pictures show my bedroom and the shared bathroom, the other (private) bathroom has a large shower without a tub and a window. The bedrooms are essentially the all the same and very spacious besides the closet differences.
