I have lived here for 8 months and the conditions of the apartment are miserable. Rats in the garbage area, fire alarm goes off 2-3 times a month and will be going for hours, management doesn't care and takes days to respond to emails, heat/ac doesn't work and when the heat goes out they give you these mini space heaters that rack up your electricity bill.s

I have lived in two different units both extremely different. It was not disclosed that we would receive a unit with incomplete wall when we toured a unit that was completely different. The wifi is terrible, not enough bandwidth in the whole building when everyone is using it making it hard for zoom calls and work from home. The trash/recycling could be better. Overall it’s great for convenience and nothing more.

The rent for the space you get for this apartment is good value. However the apartment/building is old, does not get much sunlight and the amenities are ok. The trash/recycle disposal is a problem at times. Decent get if you're looking for rent value but don't expect too much.

- Unit was not clean when we moved in. Carpets were not washed and walking on them for two minutes barefoot turned the soles of our feet completely black. Inside windowsill was dirty upon moving in and is constantly covered in dirt, as the windows are old and do not completely shut, allowing for a constant flow of cold air and dirt entering the apartment.
- For the price, the units in this complex are not equivalent to others in this same neighborhood. Do not be fooled by the renovated lobby.... The photos of these units have clearly been touched up to change the drab aged color of the units to a slick white.
- Units are old. Craftsmanship in the kitchen is extremely poor, with drawers not secured well, cabinets uneven and misaligned, cracks on the countertop, etc. No garbage disposal. Interior unit paint job is also poor. An attempt at re-painting the unit was clearly made but not completed. As a result, the interior of the unit is two different colors. You can see where someone decided to stop painting, as the change in color on the walls from individual brush strokes is extremely obvious and uneven throughout the entire unit, resulting in an ugly patchy coloring of the walls.
- Management is not responsive to problems. Maintenance requests can be made and you can request them to come during specific hours. Despite this, maintenance would come in when we explicitly requested them not to, often times interrupting work calls.
- Management is unprofessional, calling a tenant an idiot over a mass text sent to all tenants in the building
- Our gym space was massively downsized while living here with no reduction in our rent. The gym pictures on the complex's website at the time of this review are not accurate - this is the old gym. That space has since been rented out to a private workout company. This company has classes as early as 5am and will blast music, throw medicine balls at the wall, and drop full weights on the ground, causing the walls to shake. As tenants on the second floor directly above this, we were woken up by 5:15am every single day from this noise. Management was alerted and issue is still ongoing. Do not take a unit on the second floor.
- Listing says this is a no smoking building, but our neighbors smoke and it enters nearby units.
- Fire alarm may go off randomly and stay on for as long as 2 hours. Fire department will arrive, see it is a false alarm, and leave, yet the alarm will stay on long after.
