This is one of those buildings where you're truly in the middle of everything. Walk outside and you're right by the Chicago River, Michigan Ave, and Millennium Park, with every CTA line just a few blocks away. It's full downtown... energy, but still close to the lake and green space so it doesn't feel overwhelming.
The amenities are honestly great — there's an indoor pool you can use year-round, sauna and steam rooms, a Sky Lounge on the 42nd floor, a gym, a cook's kitchen, and an outdoor terrace with fire pits and cabanas. The building is non-smoking and has 24-hour door staff, which is a big plus.
Inside, the apartments feel really clean and modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer/dryer. There's also great closet space and built-in TV mounts, which makes setup super easy.
Parking is available for an extra cost. Cats and dogs are allowed, and there's even a dog run (breed restrictions apply, but no weight limit).
