Move in to this beautiful, sunlit three bedroom apartment and make Humboldt Park your new home!
Just steps away from Humboldt Park (yes, the actual park itself!), you can take full advantage of this gorgeous residential... neighborhood. The park is a mere two minute walk away, where you'll find a swimming pond, beach, rec center, soccer goals, Little Cubs Field, a playground, and a Bird & Butterfly sanctuary--and that's just on one side of the park! On the other side of the park you'll find a large lagoon, tennis courts, and local businesses like Spinning J cafe and Rootstock wine bar.
The street is very quiet and safe. Across the street you'll find an elementary school and a community garden just behind it. If you walk a little further north about 15 minutes, you'll find Chicago's 606 Trail.
The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story greystone building, so you won't hear any noise coming from upstairs! There are two bedrooms in the rear of the apartment, and one towards the front that gets great light. A couple highlight features of the apartment includes high ceilings, bay windows (in the front and on the side!), in-unit laundry, a near new dishwasher, a separate dining room, and hardwood floors. There is also a storage area in the enclosed back stairwell.
