Landlady lives next door, she is very responsive but hands-off. Painting the walls and hanging nails are permitted. Both available bedrooms require alternative storage solutions (no closet). Current tenants are open to leaving some furniture including a queen bed, dresser, and cube storage system. Both rooms currently fit a queen sized bed. 10 min walk from Medical District and 10 min walk from UIC West Campus. 1 minute walk from 157 bus stop, 5 minute walk to 7 (Harrison), 12 (Roosevelt), and 49 (Western) bus stops. 12 minute walk from blue line Western stop. Short bus ride or walk from Pete's Fresh Market and Jewel-Osco. Trader Joe's on Roosevelt and Aldi on Milwaukee are a bit farther away but do-able. Street parking available for guests and residents to use (landlady provides sheet of permit stickers every year!) Must be responsible, kind, clean, and stable. Women aged 23+ preferred but willing to make exceptions for a good person. About me: I am F26 and work hard to support myself. I sing sometimes which may be disruptive, but I am considerate of what my roommates are doing at that time.
