3-bed-1-bath Apartment

We are looking for roommates to join us in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. The unit is ideally located at 819 South Carpenter, 60607, right behind the library on the east campus—perfect for students or anyone wanting to be close to UIC!

- Close... to a variety of stores, restaurants, and essential services like Target. Public transportation is readily available with nearby Blue Line access and bus routes 157, 12, and 8.
- There are two room available with different details:
+ Room 1 (short sublease from May 16 to July 26): rent is $700 per month plus utilities
+ Room 2 (one-year sublease from June 1st to end of May next year): rent is $660 per month plus utilities,
- Rent is due at the beginning of each month.

Preferences: We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and prefers a quiet living environment. No pets allowed. We're friendly and like to keep the apartment feeling like home—if you're chill and outgoing, you'll be a great fit.

A little bit about us: I’m a male who recently graduated from UIC (December) and currently works in the West Loop. Our other roommate is a female pursuing her master’s degree at Roosevelt University.
