1 bedroom in a shared living space for 4, July 1st sublet (lease renewal on August 1st)

Subletting for the final month in my contract (you have the option to sign for a full 12-month lease beginning in August 1st, 2025. The monthly rate for the full lease is subject to the landlord)

The bedroom is part of a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit....
The apartment comes with a recently renovated kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, and an ample living room space. The unit is located on the third floor of a brownstone, located just a block away from the Arrigo Park of Little Italy/University Village.

The bedroom itself faces the back of the property, with the window opening into the porch allowing plenty of sunshine year round. The bedroom comes carpeted, partially furnished with a desk and shelf space in the closet, and minimally decorated with high ceilings.
One laundry and one dryer machine are located in the basement. An additional building exit can be located at the back of the property.
I am a graduating doctoral student, with the additional three renters being graduate students themselves. It is therefore a best fit for graduate/professional students. Everyone here is a man.

Landlord covers water/sewage and oversees maintenance in a prompt manner. Utilities are shared with the other three renters, and the monthly total ranges from $60 to $90 per person
